Click "Sign Up" in the top right, enter your email and a password, and confirm your email address. No credit card is required to get started on the Free plan.
After signing in, select "New Calendar" from your dashboard, give it a name (like "Smith Family"), and choose a color theme. You can create up to 4 calendars on the Free plan.
Yes. From Settings > Import, you can upload an .ics file from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook to bring your existing events into One Family Calendar.
Color-coding, recurring events, and views.
Open Settings > Family Members and assign a color to each person. New events created for that person automatically use their color, or you can set a color per event.
When creating or editing an event, toggle "Repeat" and choose daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom pattern (like "every other Tuesday"). You can end a recurring series anytime.
Yes. Create additional calendars from your dashboard and toggle each on or off in your view. Family and Family Plus+ plans allow more calendars and shared calendars.
Use the view switcher at the top of your calendar to toggle between Month, Week, Day, and Agenda list views.

Go to Settings > Members > Invite, then enter the person's email address. They'll receive an invite link to join, free of charge, even on the Free plan.
No. Everyone you invite to a shared calendar uses the full app for free. Only the household owner needs a paid plan for Family or Family Plus+ extras.
Yes. Privacy controls let you mark events as private, hide event details from certain members, and choose which calendars each person can view or edit.
Go to Settings > Members, find the person, and select "Remove." They'll lose access immediately, but any events they created will remain.

The Free plan includes up to 4 calendars, 5 members per calendar, 90-day event history, color-coded events, and reminders, with no time limit and no credit card required.
Go to Settings > Billing and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes, anytime from Settings > Billing. Switching to yearly billing gives you 3 months free compared to paying monthly.
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. You'll keep your current plan's features until the end of the billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
All invoices and receipts are available under Settings > Billing > Billing History, and are also emailed to you automatically.
Login, passwords, and keeping your data safe.
On the login screen, select "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes.
Go to Settings > Account and update your email. You'll need to confirm the new address before it becomes active.
Yes. Only people you invite can see your calendars, and we never sell your data. Privacy controls let you hide names or keep personal events separate from shared ones.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your calendars and data after a 14-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion.
Notifications, syncing, and reporting issues.
Check Settings > Notifications to confirm reminders are enabled, and check your device's notification permissions for the app or browser. Also check spam folders for email reminders.
Make sure you're signed into the same account on each device and have an internet connection. Try refreshing or signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support below.
Check that the correct calendar is toggled on in your view, and confirm the event's date and recurrence settings. Deleted events can be restored from Settings > Trash within 30 days.
